I used the diet tracker that is set for fitness which is a nice mix of everything - but lower than avg on carbs. WOW... I believe I ate my "fair share" of carbs before dinner arrived and I would of never known. Damn, that beer has some carbs! OK.. well, I knew that, but seeing it is different. Same w/ the handfull of peanuts as a snack.. thinking it was protein & fat... um - well - carbs too!
For breaky today, I had 2 English muffins topped w/ 1 tbs pb on each 1/2. Hmmm... seems fair. That and some Tampico Citrus Punch. News flash: that Tampico is loaded w/ Carbs. Guess I should of had water & had 1 muffin w/ the tbs of PB istead of doubling that. Sheesh.
Hungry as I type :( Boo. One would think after all these years of following just about every diet plan that it wouldn't be such a guessing game years later. Here's to wishing the sun would show itself and warm up. Ready for beach walking!
