I have finally made the decision to buckle down and do some out right old fashion exercise! Now the plan is to fit my exercise schedule in one hour before I get the kids up and out for school and again for an hour after I have put the children to bed. Mty routine will also combine healthy eating habits that I plan to get off of this website. My blog will be my digital journal for my weight loss journey the ups and the downs, for this is the only way that everyone will see where I've made my my mistakes and help me to correct them. I encourage everyone to take their lives into their own hands and change what ever it is that you don't like about you, for youare the only oe with the power to made you into a better healthier person.
