January 25 - 186.7 (not eating enough)

8 days back on the diet and excercise regime and it's showing. I know i won't keep losing a pound a day but i'm enjoying it while it lasts. I am having trouble eating enough calories every day. Sounds like that shouldn't be a problem while you are losing weight right? but i'm having trouble reaching 1200 calories a day and have been forcing myself to eat to reach it. I know it's unsafe and counte-rproductive to consume less than 1200 cals a day, but it's really hard to force myself to eat when i'm not hungry. I am eating breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack and dinner. Drinking only water and a coffee in the morning.
I'm thinking about adding a protien shake after lunch, but they are so freaking expensive. i have to figure out something though, i want to be healthy as well as being thin.
