So where oh where do I begin?
I have been a member on fitclick for gosh I do not even know how long and I have yet to utilize all the tools they provide. Everytime I get super amped up that I'm going to work out, I'm going to lose weight, I'm going to eat right... I ALWAYS completely forget about these plans within two days... and everytime I swear to myself that I'm not going to do that again.
This time around I am not going to bother lying to myself and I know there is a high chance I'll do the same thing all over again. Yet please don't take me as setting myself up for failure and being pessimistic because I'm not.
This coming Wednesday I'm going to go to a local gym and get a membership. I'm going to print out my workout plans tomorrow at work and I am going to go to the gym Wednesday.
So I guess now that you know my plan for now lets learn a little about me.
I'm 6'0 and approximately 245lbs. Two years ago my weight bounced regularly between 195lbs and 200lbs. Since then I have become very sedentary and lazy. I am out to change that.
Since its Sunday I feel its a good day to start a small goal towards my larger one. This goal is going to be a two part goal.
Part 1: GO TO THE GYM - NO EXCUSES
Part 2: Lose 2lbs this week
Lets see how it goes... who knows maybe I'll actually keep up with this and maybe even post more after Wednesday.
