Just got to thinking about something and it's important for me to get this out there. Sizes on outfits can say anything. All that matters is your happy with the outfit and how you feel about the way it makes you look. Don't worry about the tags! they can say who knows what it doesn't mean it is really that size! It scares me a little when I catch myself or someone else say I want to be this or that size because I know the danger of loseing to much wight to wear a outfit that might have something on the size tag that makes us think we need to lose more wight than what we should. Please I hope no one takes this the wrong way. It's important to be in shape and be healthy. But please be careful at the same time. I think when I was skinny I didn't relize how much wight I was losing at the time, I was at a healthy wight but going about it all wrong. I finely started eating right and stopped worrying about sizes of out fits. latter I let my wight go for other reasons and now trying to get back in shape. I'm a little shy about getting skinny again, People told me I had abes then but to me it looked like something else. It was enough to make me want to start eating right at the time. Later I got where I liked food too much and got where I stopped working out. I'm finely over the fear of getting to skinny because I am surrounded by people who care and has always cared about me and will let me know if I'm loseing or gaining to much wight. So please everyone be Careful while trying to get in shape!
