Whittling the calories down

I'm still eating too many calories in a single day in order to lose weight. Somehow I seem to either have way too many or just over too many. I guess I'll have to give up some of those kid-pleasing foods I've been preparing for so many years. Yes, they are easy to make in a rush and the kids are sure to eat them, but my scale says "Not you, lady." Who knew just two slices of Tombstone pepperoni and sausage pizza were so many calories! And I used to eat 3 or 4 slices in a day!
