
Just over 70 days in to this "Journey"... Wish it was as easy as playing the cd. This is what I've been doing/using. I have been trying to go to the gym and work out at least 5 days per week for an hour per day....when the kids will let me. I have three, Felix is 4 months, Liam is 2 years, and Kadince is 4 years. They enjoy hitting the gym just as much, they get to play with 5-15 other kids their age while i sweat my balls off (balls of fat that is!). On a nutritional level I thought I'd make things easy on myself. On my last pregnancy I REALLY let me self go... I mean REALLY. The most I've ever weighed. I over ate, and over ate terrible foods.Terrible foods that tasted so damn good! Lasagna, garlic toast, spaghettis, more garlic toast, ice cream- so much ice cream, starbucks in every flavour... mostly the holiday drinks.. peppermint latter, pumpkin spice latte, eggnog latte.... *drool* Anyways... that was the past. To get myself started I committed myself to Isagenix for 90 days. I am all for eating healthy and organic... but it takes some time to re-learn how to eat right! So this was my easy way out. I have been using the 30 day system for just over 70 days now. In my first 30 days I lost just over 21 lbs and 33 inches. I was exstatic! --This was over xmas so there was LOTS of cheat days between xmas dinners and new years drinking, not to mention the gym was closed for almost 2 weeks :( (not the gym but the daycare part of it so I was SOL.) -- January started getting back into gear so there was less skipped gym days. another 7.7 lbs lost in January! and just over 44 inches. Now's the tough part, I've been doing a lot of weight training so the "lbs" wont be shedding as fast but hopefully the inches will show... This is where we normally "plateau" and a change is required. We will see how the rest of this month goes. My hubby and I have booked a trip to Vegas for end of March, the goal is to get as sexy as possible before then so I can buy some new clothes while we're there! Woot Woot!
