Well Day 2 didn't go as well as planned. I went about a 1000 calories over my budget. I had broken down and eaten some twizlers and drank a coke for a snack and then when I got home from work and the gym I was just feeling lazy. We ended up eating Taco Bell for dinner. I am not stressing about it though, because I don't believe you should cut yourself completely off of everything that you enjoy, you just have to do it in moderation. I don't plan on straying today. I have done really well and in fact when I stepped on the scale this morning I was already 2.2 pounds down since Monday. As long as I stick to the eating plan as closely as possible and I continue to exercise the weight will come off.
