So here iam ready to start doing things properly, i have tryed and failed losing weight for so long. To be honest i just love eating junk food even though iam a sports student i still go about my bad ways. Well not any more, today is the day. A little bit about myself........
iam 21, I have a 3yr old daughter who is profoundly deaf who teaches me sign language lol. Iam in my last year at college studying sports coaching with development of sport and i also work part time as a carer. This year i want to be healthy and comfortable with the way i look again. Esecially since i am going to be setting up my own business this year so i need to promote healthy living!!.
iam currently a uk size 14/16 and i weigh 180lbs.
my initial target is 140lbs.
over the next 3 months i will be doing insanity work out at home 6 nights a week, then fitting in the gym when ever possible.
every two weeks i will post a progress photo, also post any tips etc that help me through my journey to become healthy again.
