So, I started dieting with the "Neanderthal Diet" on February 18. As of 2/28 I have lost 14 pounds. AMAZING! I have never been able to diet for long so the fact that I am sticking to it is amazing. It helps that my husband is doing it with me. We are planning a trip to Jamaica in May so I hope, in the next 90 days, to be under 200 pounds. I also, just this week started doing the "Insanity Workout" videos 2ce a week. I think the people in the video are on crack! But it feels good to be losing weight the healthy way. Wish me luck!
