Update - Personal Training Session #33 and MORE

The resistance training is going well. But to alleviate the boredom from just doing regular cardio machines (a previous experience), I looked into other ways to get a good workout. I started with a Zumba 101 course and have worked my way up to regular full speed full hour sessions several times a week. I also started Pilates to work on my core but it is a challenge to do the moves correctly. Finally, I decided it was time I learned how to swim. So far I've taken 4 lessons and it's going great. Right now, I'm doing a lot but I want to explore.
