Hi, my name is Crystal and there are a lot of things I don't know. The first is...How did I get so fat? When I was in High School I was on the dance team. Thin, athletic, healthy. So why did I stop dancing? Life, I guess. I am now a 32 year old mother of two very energetic young boys. How am I supposed to keep up with them? I am currently over 250 pounds. My ideal weight, according to everything I've read, is between 125 and 150 pounds. Thats over 100 pounds I need to lose to be healthy. My boys are 7 and 4, I need to lose this weight before it starts causing me health problems. I was a smoker, June 1st will be one year since I have had a cigarrette. I know quitting was better for me, but I have gained almost 60 pounds since I quit. I don't know where to start on this journey. But I'm hoping that fitclick can help put me one the right path.
