hi all i have lost 10lbs in 11 days and i've only cut cals and walked 30mins brisk walk 5 to 6 times aweek... i know before long this just walking wont cut it , but i have been a couch potato for 2yrs playing xbox live and watching T.V... im having to build up my activety level its been REAL LOW for awhile now......any ideas what i can add to my walking .....
