Still feeling the withdrawal pains of cold turkey no soda and sugar(besides fruit). This mornings workout was good...totally feeling it in the legs. Food today has been ok, but hard to eat clean. Weekend usually represents indulging in whatever I feel like eating but I need to form a new relationship to the weekends. No greasy food and no sugar doesn't have to equal no fun, right!? Still having a hard time getting in more veggies. I think that will help me feel fuller longer. This week was definitely a week of adjustments and I feel like I'm going into week 2 with more realistic expectations. I cannot give up and there is no going back!
