I just joined a gym this week and got a personal trainer. I'm starting all over again for the second time.
I can't afford to meet with her but once a week. I wish I could meet with her twice a week but at least it's someone to report to.
The good thing about the gym is that there's classes I can take for free. I'm not sure how the trainers gonna workout but its an extra incentive to achieving my goals. I'm kinda coming from a completely renewed lifestyle change and it has been an ongoing process for me for a number of years now because I had a lot of things I had to work through. This journey of loosing weight is kinda the last stop in that process.
It's not gonna be easy though, I have always been on the heavier side and am beginning to realize that I use my weight as a sercurity blanket but I can't live in fear, I have worked to hard and deserve much more than just fear.
I joined the gym Wednesday and have been there everyday since.
Crap, I really want a Reese cup now.
But anyways, the gym and a 1500 calorie diet is now the focus of my daily regimen. I hope it doesn't take too long! 52 weeks can't be that bad....
