This mornings workout was great - but exhausting. Those intervals are killer. I really like the tambata plan for the weights and abs portion. Everything was at the point of exhaustion (which is the plan, right?!) Still jonesing for Diet Soda bigtime! It's got to be completely psychological at this point?!?! It's been my vice for so long...
My arms feel like lead. I can barely make it 3 hours before I need to eat again. I just feel really hungry. I feel really satisfied when and after I eat my meals and snacks but by hour 2 to 2 1/2, the hunger pains start and by hour 3 - 3 1/2, I feel really hungry. Katie - any thoughts on this?
