So... yesterday I got my HUGE slap in the face. I stepped on that scale for the first time in almost a year... Origonally I had lost 30 lbs 2 years ago... now I gained 17 of it back! I can't blame anyone but myself. My eating isn't bad for an active person who works out. I kept a lot of the things that I learned but... I kinda stopped working out. So... my diet hasn't being working for me. Imagine that?! ((Sarcasm))
Well, After this shock yesterday... I did an hour of high intensity Zumba and did about half hour of floor exercises. Today.... I have done about 40 minutes of Wii active and will do more floor exercises this evening. I need to keep this up.
Fingers crossed that I can get back to the 30 lbs down and maybe even add 20 more to it... Possitive thoughts.
