So I found this website while I was at work doing a whole lot of nothing. Today is a slow day which is completely out of the norm for us, so I decided to take advantage of it. I'm starting this blog and this program because I need to do something for me. So much of the time I focus on helping others and making sure everyone else has what they need or that they are happy and I forget about me. So this, is a me thing. I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I used to be completely into sports but then school and work got in the way and now I don't have time to play all the team sports like I used to. Also, I got hurt. My back and my knee so now, I'm limited at what I can do. So this is just a little starter blog, in case anyone wants to know anything. But from here on out, it will be an all encompassing blog. Dieting, exercise, health, food, stress, my buttheaded husband and stubborn dog rants. I'm me, that's about all I can be, just looking to make a few improvements along the way.
