Nervous for Friday of Week 2

I'm so nervous for tomorrow's workout. When Katie said we would be on the floor for tomorrow's workout images of bear crawls and other extremely hard body weight exercises started flashing through my mind. I am too heavy to do those exercises. I understand that there are modifications and I will have to make those work. Still....super nervous for this session.
