Okay, this week started out great and then I met with my personal trainer and quickly found out exactly how out-of-shape I really am.
I couldn't even finish the first exercise without stopping because I hated the way everything giggles. It was HUMILIATING.
But after a quick pep talk I realized I wanted to be in shape more than worry about the way my body moves. It is a really tough bullet to bite though. I just wish I could take a magical knife and cut off all the excess.
Whatever though. I'm just glad I have the tools I need to make better decision now...well, hopefully from now on but we'll see how it goes!
The best part of this week was knowing I will get in better shape.
The worst part of this week was finding out what kind of shape I am in.
