Motivation?

I have been trying to stay motivated to eat healthy and work out. I recently quit smoking and this had made it hard. I feel like I am constantly out of breath (more than a 'normal' person would be while working out). I know that these things take time.. but I am very impatient. I want results immediately. This is my downfall. When I see that there are no immediate results ... I stop. I give up and give in. It is frustrating and I get annoyed with myself. My goal for the month of APRIL is to NOT STOP. I will keep up with my diet and workout plan. I will stay focused on my small goals. Wish me luck. :)
