Been doing good with everything so far... up until today that is. I have hit a speed bump in my exercise regiment... I am sick as a dog! I have come down with a nasty flu/bronchitis/throat infection that wont let me work out. The good part is... my eating is wayyyyy down....lol. 

Hopefully a few days of rest and liquids and I will be able to get back on track.
