Day 1- Begining again
Hello All! My name is Aubrey. I am 24 years old and have a beautiful son named Noah. Noah is 4 years old, and after he was born I actually lost all my baby weight. When he was 3 months old I was back down to 125 lbs. I fit into all of my jeans and shirts and was super excited. I heard all the time of moms that couldn't loose their baby weight, and mine was gone in a matter of 15 weeks. But, then I started having some medical problems and gained about 40 lbs.
Now, my husband and I are planning to have another child in a few months and I would love to be a healthy weight again. I currently weigh 162lbs and would like to loose the 40 lbs and be ready to be pregnant by the fall. Although I'm not jumping into one of the outlined work outs here right away, I have been doing 100 calorie excercises once an hour for the last few days to get me into the exercise mindset. I also did an hour long yoga session with one of my friends today and am feeling great!!
I'm excited to lose the weight and feel good about myself again. I still have all my jeans from being skinny, and before I get pregnant I'd like to fit in atleast one pair!
