I have to admit, this week was hard for me. I was still a little discouraged at how hard it was to do simple exercises with the trainer as well as just staying active during the week. I found I was mostly just tired. So I took every other day at the gym off to get used to everything. And it worked.
Now, I am looking forward to another week of getting back on the horse...sotospeak. I'm just glad I was able to recognize that my limits were expanding instead of feeling like I needed to control them with food. I'm still no where close to what size I want to be....and yes, I am expecting it to happen overnight.....but the effort and determination is still being formulated and I am beginning to live out loud again.
The best part of this week: Easter. I kept it under 2000 calories and didnt have to workout!
The worse part of this week: passing people on the street and wishing I was their size. I never run into those people again!
