Day 1 of my change

Today was the first day back for my kids from spring break so I had most of the day to myself, so I thought lol, Midway into my Zumba workout I get a call from my friend to go hang out and shop so I agreed, I am proud of myself for completing my workout of zumba wii for 45 mins before meeting up with her..It made me feel good that I stuck with it. Dont get me wrong I was tired midway thru the workout but still stuck it out and got a good sweat going from it. So thats good, then I had a good breakfast and have been tracking my meals for today.
so all in all a pretty good first day, I dont feel like I'm starving myself just noticing my better choices when it comes to snacks. and that makes me feel good too..also noticeing that I would snack or eat when not being hungry. which we all know is a no no, so Boredom snacking/eating is O-U-T, Out!....
So thats my first day and feeling good, lets wait to see if I wake up sore or tired tomorrow. Either way I will do my best to push through it and keep this going.
