Today is day 2 for me and its been most interesting. I walked the dog this morning, and then came back and did my Zumba for about 20 mins, which was fun although I started off the morning debating wheather I wanted to do really do it or not. but anyhow got it done and thank God I did because my friend comes over with a small box of donuts and so me of course loving sweets HAD to have 1., so I had 1/2 of 1 with her and saved the other half for my afternoon snack. Then she stayed with me for a few and we played Just Dance on wii which made me feel better cuz I burned off that donut but then she orders pizza for us so I had a few slices, but damn it i earned them lol, anyhow...after all that I weighed myself and the Zumba wii must be helping a lot because I've already gone down to 203 from 207 that I started out at the beginning of the week. So small but awesome victory...I'm going to keep pushing myself to stick with the walks, dancing and the zumba and eating better and see how this turns out..Today I'll just write off as my "cheat day"..and do better tomorrow.
I am cooking a good dinner and then its off to bed early tonight to get the rest I so deserve.
