im happy with my journey so far , im loseing weight and inches ,i just have a problem with my ankles hurting the first 1/4 mile, after that they ease off alittle , by the next 1/4 mile it doesnt hurt any more, i hope it will go away completely as time goes by, ..........
the other problem is i cant keep the fat% down , but still loseing, my calorie intake is 1550 caories , some times i barely make the 1550 im either way under or 800 cals over , any help out there..........
