Let's see...I kinda acted out this week, I think my body knows something is going on. I'm not gonna pretend that I'm completely in control of my weight loss plan because so far it has been difficult. But I have lost 2lbs. And have done it the right way and a way in which I am confident I can maintain.
I am still looking forward to formulating more healthy prospects with my lifestyle. But it's one small step at a time.
