Ready to start!

I have a very bad habit of beginning a workout regimen and then not sticking with it. I have no faith in myself and nor does my husband. I want to prove to my husband that I can actually achieve my fitness goals. Plus, if I achieve my fitness goals, then we have a deal that he has to stop his dreadful habit of dipping. I have been attending a boot camp class that takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30am. This is a very big deal for me as I am NOT a morning person. If you had told me 2 months ago that I would be rising and shining at 5:30am to exercise, I would have laughed in your face. But I'm doing it! Only problem is, my husband's work schedule does not allow me to attend three days consistently. Often, I am only able to go 1 time a week. So, I am needing to find ways to motivate myself to work out on my own the other days of the week. I've learned that getting fit is definitely not something I can do on my own. Luckily, I have a neighbor friend who I have been working out with and that has helped me to stay motivated. I just hope this continues!
