Sooo I've decided to start working out...AGAIN...I have started and stopped many many times before! As most of you know I am getting married in August and well, who doesn't want to look the absolute best that they can on their wedding day. Not only that but I want to feel better too! I really got into running last summer and after a while it became something that I loved and missed if I didnt do it, I want being healthy fit and active to become part of my lifestyle, something that I will miss if its not done.
I'm really great for feeling really motivated and starting something and then losing my motivation a few weeks or months later and then I stop, and thats when it becomes so hard to start again...SOO that's where you come in, I need to be accountable to people and have encouragement from my closest friends and family in order to be able to do this!
Each day I will make some kind of post on my blog here available for all of you to read and leave me comments, tips/advice and words of encouragement.
Also on this website I can post my workouts, eating habits ect. so feel free to check all that out too.
Alright well better get to bed, tomorrow morning is the start of something new!
