Ok, so I haven't been writing regulary, in fact, this is my second time. It's just a new habit to begin. I have not done so well as far as my diet and exercising this past week. It is hard to begin a healthy habit again. I am trying though. Through it all, I did lose 2 pounds (not sure how I did that!)
I have entered myself into a challenge: the 90 day challenge to lose the most percentage of weight. I figured I can try to motivate myself by taking up a challenge. I am making myself workout, even if it is a 20 minute workout, something is better than nothing.
This doesn't help when I have a lot on my plate of life. I have so many emotional issues going on, that it makes it hard to focus on the healthy habits again, and I tend to revert to junk food/comfort foods.
I am going to do the best that I can.
