So I woke up an hour early this morning and did a squat challenge and leg/butt workout from www.blogilates.com. I got about 8 hours of sleep last night so I wasn't feeling that tired either. My legs are a little sore now, dont so much feel it in my butt yet. I think I definitely need to up my workouts I am just trying to figure out timing first and what I can fit in where. Later today my fiance and I are going rollerblading, to get out and active and to enjoy this lovely weather. I am also working on drinking 8 glasses of water today but its harder than it seems!
Tomorrow I am definitely going to try something more challenging, possibly the beginner circuit from www.theleanbodybride.com/wedding-bootcamp-workout
