I have been exercising every morning and I am feeling it! This morning, I was curious to see if I have lost any inches. I got scared, thinking that I hadn't. Well, it looks like I have lost up to 2 inches in some areas, but then gained an inch or 2 in other areas! What the...! How does that happen? Is that normal?
I have been doing really good as far as portions and trying to stay within my calorie allowance. Even sweets are turning my stomach! Thats a Plus! :)
I am trying to stay motivated to keep going, those few inches lost helps (it even dropped my body fat percentage done about 1 1/2 percent)!
