IM BEGINNING THIS DIET BECAUSE I HAVE A KNEE PROBLEM AND AM UNABLE TO EXERCISE AT THIS POINT IN TIME. I HAVE GAINED APPROX. 20# AND WOULD LIKE TO START LOSING IT!!!! IM GOING TO TRY AND STICK TO THE DIET WEEK TO WEEK. I AM STARTING TOMORROW 04/19/13.
I HAVE MY FIRST PT APPT TOMORROW AT 145P.

first week down
had to tweek some of the menus d/t me not drinking milk but overall i enjoyed all the food i cooked/ate.
lost 2 # which is great!!! now to work on my exercises ;)
