Today was an average day in my life. I taught school til noon, spent time with my daughter, cooked dinner, cleaned, etc. It's now 730 and I haven't had time to exercise. Baby girl is in bed for the night, and my husband is on call so I can't leave him with the girl in case he needs to leave for work. So... no exercise today. That seems to be a problem and something I need to figure out how to manage. My food intake was okay, but I am getting hungry and not many calories left for a snack. Oh well. I think plenty of sleep and herbal tea is great to help with weightloss and overall health. So, we will focus on those things tonight! :) Blessings!
