im this diet ive been on i have two days over 1200 calories but ive been working out eteremly hard.
ive lost 3 lbs so far in four days.
mostly water weight.
i cant wait to get to my 30 lb goal.
i found this neat work off set called danceing off the inches.
i love the work outs.
and im even doing richard simmons sweaton to the oldies
i also take this fat burner pill each day.
i hold alot of water so i take a water pill every day and a potassium pill.
im doing great learning calories so i know what i can eat.
and what i shouldnt eat.
this diet is alot of fun and keeps me bussy.
between planning meals and exersise its become a all day thing.
plus blogging about it.
the best thing i did with exersise was bought a sweat suit.
i sweat ten times more than with out one.
so if you dont have one you should get one its under ten dollars at walmarts,
