This is my first blog post and hopefully it wont be the last. I just figured out how to calculate my macros!! I'm doing the caveman diet with low carbs with high protein and fat. It's going to be 10/45/45 Carb/Protein/Fat, and I will be working with 1700 calories a day. Hopefully I will break my plateau coupled with doing weight training and cardio 30/30 (but usually it's 40/30).
