Came back blazing this week, and with good reason...I want to workout as much as I can before I start my new job.
Workedout every day this week except for today and Sunday but I never workout on Sundays and today my sinus' were troubling me. I also definately look forward to being more productive over the next few weeks as I tried a few more classes at my gym and can see myself commiting to them until I start my new job. I am excited about my results this week and am thrilled about having a more fitness centered mindset. What a relief, I can finally start focusing on myself this time instead of meeting the needs of life!
Best part of the week: Meeting with the trainer for the second time
Worst part of the week: Getting congested, it slows me down and I always end up straying on my diet when my throat hurts
