So I decided to go onto a diet again. I started one over four years ago, and did pretty well on it. I went from 265 pounds down to 135 pounds in about two years, kept it off for about two, but life kind of got me down, and my weight went back up to 150.
I wanted to keep a blog so that I can track my success. I did it on my own last time, but that was because I was forced to do it on my own. (When you get stuck in a swing at the park, and some 9 year old little brat starts laughing at you, you tend to go into hibernation mode away from everyone!!!)
I see that a lot of others are using this site, and I am hoping that it works well for everyone.
