Weight loss : Not quite day one.

Ok so day one hasnt gone amazing, but it hasnt gone entirely bad. I didnt stick to my diet plan but i had a low fat yoghurt for breakfast and ive managed to drink 3 pints of water. Its good that i had a small portion of skinless chicken breast for my tea BUT its terrible that i had it with chips. So thats my fault for today. I dont know if its a good idea to do so but i was thinking about getting everything out of the cupboards, fridge and freezer that isnt healthy and just throwing it out? Then going shopping and just buying purely healthy things? Because i guess if the unhealthy stuff isnt in the house i cant eat it right? I mean amelia is easy she will eat anything and its better for her to eat healthy stuff anyway. I really need to do this and i really am going to try. Its time to stop saying "oh ill just start tomorrow" Or "oh its ok ill go to the gym next week". I need to do this and i need to do it now. First thing tomorrow morning i will be having a healthy breakfast and then will take amelia for a walk to the park. Be positive. Be happy.
