I have come to realize that when I workout the day after I am raveniously starving. I eat my regular snacks and meals but I am still left wanting more food. I know my matabolism is kicked up a notch when I exercise which causes the hunger. However, today after a long productive workout yesterday, I want more food; but today I am taking my brain with me. I chose to eat my normal lunch and be satisfied. I waited-being hungry but I only ate my lunch and nothing else along with it for the sake of being hungry. I am pretty proud of myself!
