Determination

It's been awhile since I have posted on my blog but here goes. Determination is what I have. I am determined to loose all this weight but I realize it's going to be a long, ugly and dirty road ahead of me. As long as keep my eyes on the prize, set small attainable realistic goals, I CAN do it. I have taken the word CAN'T out of my vocabulary and refuse to even utter the word. I will try to blog every so often about different things I am doing in my life and maybe someone else can benifit from my mistakes (everybody has and will make them) or maybe I can learn from other peoples advice. God knows I can use all the advice I can get. Laters.
