This was a good week. I am running more and farther. People are noticing my weight loss more and I got new shoes! Proper equipment is essential. I was running in a 11 year old pair of trail running shoes that I never wore. They were too tapered for my foot. Although they were okay, my feet were killing me afterwards. The new shoes provide the best cushion and support for the long runs. Looking forward to the next training run this Thurs. I also started doing a based workout in the morning. Sit ups, side leg raises, bridges, and push ups. I think I am becoming a morning person....
