I am sick and tired of being fat. I am 40 years old and I weigh 200 pounds. Last year I lost 15 pounds but since then my weight has stayed at a steady 198 to 200 pounds. It's funny because I already know exactly what to do to lose weight and improve my health. The problem is I'm addicted to sugar. I started back eating meat. I love eating foods that are white. I hate drinking water and I am too lazy to exercise. The doctor said I am pre diabetic. So I know I need to do something ASAP. I recently joined this program called ITWORKS or some people know it as THAT CRAZY WRAP THING. I really joined to make some extra money and help other people make extra money but then I decided it's time for me to stop playing and get my health and sexy back. Besides, we all know most people won’t buy weight loss products from someone who is overweight. I could be wrong but I’m not taking any chances.
My goal:
My goal is to lose 50 pounds by December 14, 2013.
My plan is this:
1. Cut meat out of my diet
2. Drink 10 glasses of alkaline water a day
3. Walk on the treadmill for 1 hour a day
4. Eat fruits, veggies and smoothies
5. Use my ITWORKS products
6. Blog and Vlog about my progress
