Day 19 - Baffled

Well....19 days. Havent cheated with the carbs yet. Diet has been between 600-800 calories with the exception of one day it was 1200. Low carb, low fat. Been in steadt Ketosis for about 15-16 days. Not really seeing much progress...I have lost 3-4 inches in my abdomen and hips but its been a week without any more inches off. It is kind of disappointing. I have added some exercise, maybe not enough (walking and some light weights).
Now I remember now why I have accepted my weight issues...why torture yourself for no return!...I have had my thyroid and blood worked checked and multiple doctors have not seen any issue with metabolism.
Since I am not 100% miserable with the diet...its more of an inconvinience since I have to eat breakfast and cook...I will keep it going a few more weeks and see if things improve.
