I have slipped a little. I was going to the gym every night, then vacation hit and I got a little lazy. Now I am back on track. I have been dillegently tracking food in take good and the bad. I am either at a plateu, gotten lazy, or just have eaten way too much sodium.. because the scale is all over the place.. and I am not talking a pound here or there I am talking 3 or 4lbs. YIKES.
I am now doing the 1/2 hr exercise again every night and trying to take in more water to flush. Will also try to stay away from the scale until saturday.
On a positive note i think my pants are getting longer. :)
