I used to be in amazing shape, I played in hockey at a high level and had a very strict diet. However, resently I have began to gain weight and I know exactly why. Too much food of the wrong kind, and not enough exercise of the right kind. I used to weight 115 with all my muscles and at 5'1" that's pretty awesome but now I weight 125 :( yup, I gained 10 pounds of fat, it's like I'm carrying a bag of potatoes on my back now!! Enough complaining, I am going to be proactive about my weight and health and get back on the health train!! Just watch me :D I know that someone people are struggling with a lot more weight then I am but it's just because I have never weighed more then 120 before. It's a shock to the system. I am not here to rub it in anyones face, I am here to work with everyone so we can all achieve a heathier life! It's what I'm studying in university!!
