One year ago I started down the path to a new me. I had two goals that I made for 2013: 1) Lose weight 2) Run all the races in my city. One year later, I have two more races to go and I have no doubts I will complete them. I have ran everything from a 5k to a half marathon. I am also 85 lbs. lighter than when I started. Things are going well, but I cannot give up. Looking at 2014, I have a few goals.... Continue to lose weight. I have two Marathons I want to run. There is a Triathalon that I am going to do, and I want to partake in RAGBRAI which is a bike ride across the state of Iowa. Seeing where I have come from this year, I have no doubts in completeing 2014 challenges. It is just a matter of will. Fitclick has definitely helped in both watching what I eat and tracking my exercises. Of course the Fitclick community has been a huge support so far and I look forward to continuing. If you are just starting, you picked a great time... Make up your mind to be a different person before the holidays so you don't have to battle the extra lbs. You can do it.
