The New Year, A Healthy Me

Happy 2014 everyone!!!, So hoping like lots of people to get a good jump on my fitness and diet, I would like to lose around twenty pounds before summer to be healthier and happier. This is going to be a challenge for me as I am a mother of two girls one thirteen and one five and a college student heading for a hopeful nursing degree. Anatomy and Physiology two is on my list for this coming sememster and I stressed so bad through A and P one that I gained a good five pounds from stress eating. I am hoping that I can overcome this challenge. My major issue is that I have dieted in the past for a couple weeks, pretty much not eating anything lost ten pounds then I end up gaining it all back at the begining of the year, I know this yo yo dieting is way more unhealthy then just keeping on weight, so hopefully I can find a way to curb this. Binging is a major issue with me as with last night being new years eve, I ate fine during the day then allowed myself the guilty pleasure of loading up on bacon and pancakaes, which I would ofcourse kill for right now lol. Well here is to 2014, Cheers Everyone, and hopefully determination and will power along with a good diet and excercise will make me a way happier person with me!
