Week 2 started off very good, I lost 4 lbs during week one and I hope to continue my momentum. I started my workout program and I have to say I am really sore!! Thats what happens when you wait so long to finally get into shape....lol. The main issue I am having so far is how crowded the gym I go to is and how people camp out on the equipment, I seem to be on everyones cycle as well. Hopefully in a couple of weeks the "resolutioners" will wash out and it will become less crowded.
UPDATE: Week two was kind of tough because I had to go out of town for a few days for work and they dont have my gym where I was at. I still was able to watch what I was eating which helped, I will have to hit it extra hard next week!
